Refund policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, solely and exclusively for customization errors or defects in the piece within the first 5 days of receiving the order. If 5 days have passed since the date of receipt, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

  • If you have already done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us via WhatsApp.
